He will earn his Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center in 2026, where he will develop a strong foundation in litigation, legal writing, and client advocacy.
Prior to entering legal practice, Mr. Tokov gained extensive, hands-on experience in the real estate field, working as both a licensed real estate agent and in legal support roles involving residential and commercial transactions. This background provides him with a practical, business-minded understanding of property matters and the real-world challenges clients face.Mr. Tokov also brings years of experience working as a paralegal in a personal injury firm, where he was directly involved in all stages of litigation—from case intake and investigation to discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. This experience shaped his client-centered approach and reinforced the importance of meticulous preparation, responsiveness, and strategic advocacy.
